The Month of February

The month of February was a great month. Pretty busy, but a lot of fun! With all of the different things we had going on, these pictures show what was in between.

James made a fort with the kids one Sunday evening.

Drake did some homework. He loves school and loves to learn.

We go to Tj Maxx quite a bit just to look around. The kids love the books and toy section of the store.

Ha ha ha ha!! We go to chick fil a with friends pretty often too. It's a great place to enjoy a diet coke while the kids play!

Drake takes care of himself in the morning. If he wakes up to early I stick the iPad in front of his face and he usually finds something to snack on!

We watched Daddy at his church basketball games.

We meet friends at the mall to play on the toys a lot too!

Stella watching a show while I fix her breakfast.

We hang out at my grandparents house a lot! We all love it there. Look at that cute grandma!!

Watching a show before bed.

Oops!!

Mckay got his mission call to Argentina. He leaves July 16th.

We like to meet up with Annie and her kids. We usually go to Fredricos. It is the favorite place with this clan.

Stella had to get some blood tests done. She did so good and didn't even cry!

She loves hanging out with Grandpa. She likes listening to his music!

Grandma Barb with some of the grandkids.

I love these sweet boys!

Jordan Is Engaged!!

My very best friend Jordan got engaged and I am so dang happy for her!! She is marrying Garrett Shiffman and I adore him. They are perfect together and it is about time they get married. Hey have known each other since they were little kids and he has wanted to marry her since he was 12!!

The best part about her getting engaged is she wants me to help her and be apart of the wedding plans! I love it! She has great ideas and had it all planned out. She is just darling and I love her!

I got to go with her to her dress fitting so she could get it altered and temple ready. It was a blast and of course we laughed the whole time:)

The Park In February

Yep, it's true we were able to go to the park in February!! We had some really warm days and you better believe we took advantage of it and were outside as much as possible. It made me so excited for the upcoming spring and summer!

Pruning Grandpa's Trees

My grandpa has had se back pain and been in the hospital. He is doing ok now, but still has to be careful. I love hanging out at there house and I love helping them with any yard work or house work they need. My kids also love being at their house and it makes me so happy! When I have to run errands, Drake always asks if I can just drop him off at Grandpa and Grandma Greats! We had a couple of nice days so Lauren and I went to my grandparents house and pruned their pear tree. It was a lot of fun! I had never done that before so it was fun to learn something new.

Drake was a big help and stayed out there with us and helped us the whole time. We thought it was going to be warmer than it was so we had to use some of Grandma's coats.

Stella LOVES Grandma Great!

We are pretty good at pruning trees :)

The kids loved going for a ride in the wheel barrow.

Weekend in SLC

We decided one weekend to take an overnight in SLC with our kids. We all love staying in a hotel (especially drake and me) and the kids love to swim.

Stella was super excited about it!

We drove down on Friday night and had some dinner at Five Guys.

Stella pooped her pants so she was pant less for part of the night. When we got to the hotel, try had upgraded is to a sweet. It was awesome because it had two rooms. That way the kids could be in their own room.

They got ready for bed and watched a show.

Daddy told them some bed time stories. Drake and Stella both love books read to them or stories told to them. Josh does a great job at making up the coolest stories.

The next morning we slept in, had breakfast and got ready. After that we went to Ikea for a couple of things and then hung out in salt lake for a while and made it home in time to go to dinner with the Neil's. It was a great weekend!
