We drove down to Ogden one night and met up with some friends (Jenny and Jason Whelan) that we met on our trip to Mexico. We had such a great time with them there and were so happy when they invited us down for dinner and to go to the USU vs. Weber State basketball game. We met at their house and had dinner and then went to the game. The kids had a blast playing and we had a great time catching up with Jenny and Jason.

Family Pictures
One Sunday afternoon after church we had my brother come with us just above our house to snap a few family pictures for some Christmas cards. We hadn't had any family pictures taken since Stella was born so we had nothing we could use and it was so last minute that we didn't even get a photographer. James just used our nice camera and did a great job! We were happy with the way they turned out! I absolutely love this darling family of mine!
Hanging Out In November
In between everything else that was going on in November we had a good time with some other things. We watched my Nieces and Nephews for a couple of days while Robin and Ted were out of town. Drake loved it. He loves being there at their house and so do I. They have a great big basement and they have two fireplaces that I just love. The kids were so great and had a lot of fun together!
Drake had his first primary program. He did great. He memorized his part and did an awesome job. He knew the songs really well too. He is such a good boy and we are really proud of him.
Aunt Lexi came over one day while she had a break from work and hung out with Stella and me while Drake was at preschool. Stella was in heaven having her read her stories and play with her.
Stella loves to eat lunch on the little table in Drake's room.
We got ready for Christmas by making these trees,
and dressing Stella in a Christmas hat.

Girls Weekend in Park City
Our husbands surprised us with a weekend getaway in Park City. We needed this getaway and had a great time together. I just love all of these girls and am so lucky to have such great friends! Hayley typed up an agenda for us along with a little goodie bag for all of us!
We shoved all of our stuff and us into one car. It was packed full but so fun for all of us to be together.
We left on a Thursday night and went to dinner in Salt Lake at a Thai restaurant. It was amazing food. Then we went to see the movie Catching Fire. Hayley also designed shirts for us to wear! You can't really see it but they are this cool arrow design!
The movie was so good!! I could have just stayed in my seat and watched it again. I loved it!!
That night we drove to the place we were staying in Midway and of course stayed up way too late talking and laughing!

The next day we hung out at the hotel and then got some lunch at this yummy Mexican restaurant in Midway and then we went shopping the rest of the day at the Park City Outlets. It was a blast and we got some great deals.
Because Nikki is so small we thought it would be hilarious to pick her up and put her in this sub for Santa box... we were right, it was hilarious!
And this isn't surprising that Hayley would have a bra on her head while shopping :)
That night we went to dinner at Red Rock and then went back to the hotel and painted finger nails, talked, and watched New Girl and laughed really hard!!
I of course was showing everybody how to do the stink bug and there was a picture snapped of me. YIKES!
We again stayed up really late and then the next day we got up and went shopping at Target and got some food at Zupa's and then made our way home. It was a great weekend and we are very grateful to the husbands for planning a great getaway!
The kids were very well taken care of while I was away :) HA HA HA!
