Jordan's Bridal Shower

I was so excited to throw a bridal shower for Jordan.  Now that I have the help of Pinterest I have wanted to throw a shower but have had no one to do it for.  It was fun to plan this and we had an awesome turn out.

Along with the invitations I sent a recipe card so that they could fill it out and bring it back to start a collection for Jordan.

I made a cake for the shower and it turned out sooooo delicious and it looked pretty too.

We did the shower at my clubhouse and it was the perfect place to have it.

The four of us haven't been together for such a long time and haven't had a picture together for a REALLY long time.  It was so fun to spend the evening together and chat and laugh a lot.  I just love all of these girls!

Like I said, we had an awesome turn out. It just made is so much fun! Most people came at the beginning and stayed the whole time.

We had little questionnaires for everyone to fill out and whoever got the most right got a little prize.  One was a questionnaire about weddings and the other was how well do you know the bride.

Of course Jordan and I had to revert back to our immature selves and cut the cake together!!

Jordan has some awesome friends and family who love and support her. She is one lucky girl!  She got some awesome gifts and we all had a great time watching her unwrap them!

Garrett made an appearance at the end and was super stoked when he saw the Victoria Secret bag!  It was such a fun night and it turned out exactly how I wanted it!

Drake and Stella came over at the end so Errin and Kellie could see them and he was so tired that he fell asleep on the couch.

Another fun thing I got to do with the bride to be is do her makeup for her bridal pictures. It was a blast and I think she looked absolutely stunning.

St. Patrick's Day Lunch Date

One of my favorite things is to meet Josh for lunch.  It is something that rarely happens because of our busy schedules and different things we have going on during the day, but when it does it makes me so happy.  It is a fun surprise when it works out.  This year on St. Patrick's Day we were able to meet up for lunch.  We all put our green on and went to El Sol.

Golfing In The Garage

I love watching Josh interact with our kids. He is such a great dad and is always doing things with them that are fun and that help them to learn something new.  He was helping Drake one day learn how to golf. Because Drake idolizes Josh he was so excited to learn this new sport and was so excited when he got the ball int he bucket.

When Stella wasn't trying to block the bucket she was flirting with the neighbor boy across the street. Trouble!!

The kids love to go on walks and ride in the stroller. This night they went with Lauren to the playground while she was babysitting them.

Drake Is Trying To Earn A Bike

So Drake has been trying to earn a bike.  He keeps going to Wal Mart just so that he can practice.  We have a big glass jar and fuzzy balls. When he is good he gets to put some fuzzy balls into the jar and then when it gets full to the top he can get his bike. At the rate we are going he probably won't get his bike until he leaves on his mission! :)

Little sister does everything that big brother does. It is adorable!

St. George For A Week

The kids and I decided to go down to St. George and hang out for a week. My Mom and Lauren went down also so it was fun to just relax and hang out down there in the warm weather. I left later than my Mom and Lauren, so I drove by myself with the two kids.  They did awesome in the car.  We stopped at Krispie Kreme in Provo on the way down and enjoyed some hot doughnuts.

Drake stayed awake until the last half hour and then he fell asleep.

When we got there that night, my mom had made us some dinner and the kids enjoyed playing around and getting their wiggles out.

While we were down there we did a lot of swimming and sleeping in.  We also shopped at a few stores and went the the Swig quite a few times.

One of the nights we were down there Barb and Syd stopped on their way to Las Vegas. Drake and Stella were really excited to see them and have dinner with them at the park.

I love my sister!

Thank goodness for Grandma's vest. It kept Drake warm.

Drake singing the song "Summer" from the movie Frozen.

There is an awesome new doughnut place right by the condo called The Fractured Prune.  They have the best doughnuts!

One of the best things about St. George is the evenings.  It is always perfect weather and so fun to be outside. The kids loved playing out there!

On the way home we stopped at the Corn dog truck.  It was a fun and relaxing trip.  We didn't do a whole lot while we were down there and that is what made it so fun.  I am really glad that my parents bought a condo down there so that we can enjoy the warm weather and make fun memories.
