Grandpa Larry With His Favorite Great Grandchild

Drake loves going to my Grandpa and Grandma's house. He gets their full attention. They sit and laugh at him, give him toys and cookies, when he cries they pick him up and give him whatever he wants to make him happy again, and they will do anything to make him laugh!! We are so lucky to have them live so close to us. I am grateful that Drake has the relationship he does with his Great Grandpa and Grandma Haslam!

An Over Night Date With The Neils

We went with the Neils to Las Vegas for the WAC tournament. We left the kiddos home, and headed south. It was a lot of fun, and we had wonderful weather! We enjoyed some shopping, good food, the sun, watching the Aggies and just hanging out with each other. On the way down we stopped in Mesquite to see my Aunt Millie and cousin Fredrick. It was so good to see them! Hayley has those pictures on her camera, so I will have to post them when I get them.

We went to the Aria buffet for lunch. It was really good, but after we got done, I told myself I was never going to eat again!

It wouldn't be a fun vacation if you didn't have this guy to make you laugh the whole time!

At the championship game against Boise State. Josh was a nervous wreck and was actually off his chair. I am married to the biggest Aggie Fan you will ever meet!

The night before the final game when we were playing in our first game, the Boise State fans were chanting, "What's an Aggie?" This was a sign at the game the next night... ha ha it made me laugh!

Worst Part of My Day

The worst part of my day is changing Drake's diaper. It isn't even because I have to change poopy diapers, it is because of the way he acts. Well go ahead and watch and you will see what I mean!

Happy Happy Boy

Drake stayed with Josh while I was in Florida. Over the weekend the boys went to Pocatello to spend time with Grandpa and Grandma. While Barb was bathing Drake she kept saying "you are a happy happy boy!" Drake started to repeat her and just kept saying, "Happy, happy, happy happy!"

Logan High Hi-Lo's National Drill Competition

A couple weeks ago, I was able to go to watch my little sister dance in the National Drill Team Competition. The competition was in Florida at the ESPN Sports Complex in Orlando on Disney property. We had a three day park hopper pass, and stayed on property, so we were pretty close to it all. We had a blast. My stomach hurt when I got home from laughing so hard. It was so fun to get to know the girls that are on Hi-Lo's and the other moms and sister that came along!

On the plane heading to Orlando. We had a 2 hour delay in SLC so we were happy to be on that plane headed to Florida.

Right when we arrived we went straight to Downtown Disney to eat dinner. We hadn't eaten all day and we were all starving.

We had the best ice cream at the Ghirardelli ice cream shop!!

We were with people who knew Disney World like the back of their hands, so we were up early and on a roll so we could be there right when the park opens, get fast passes for every ride and make it to the best rides before the lines got to long. It was awesome, but I was so tired at the end of the day!

This picture was taken right after I had made a fool of myself and danced with all of the ladies in Italy.... no one would go up and dance with them, so of course I volunteered myself before I thought to much about it.

...and this was the last half of the day. As you can see, I threw fashion right out the window, bought some socks and was way more comfortable!

The Jungle Safari ride was so cool. It was all real animals, and not in cages!! They were so close to us. We saw a ton of animals but these are a few of my favorites.

This is how we felt every single day. I am still trying to catch up on sleep from this trip.

Epcot again!

Watching the awards..They took 2nd in Nationals!!

They did so good! They took 2nd overall, to Bingham from Utah who were 5A state champs. Logan is only a 4A school.... so in other words... Logan High rocked it!!
