My friend Karly is the very best at throwing parties. She goes all out and doesn't miss anything! I helped her with a Cinco De Mayo party (one of my favorite holidays) and we had so much fun and so did the kids.
We bought some decorations but also got together and made quite a few as well.
The kids loved these mini piñata filled with candy.
I searched through my whole wardrobe and found the most mexicanish thing to wear and came ready for the fiesta!
Drake and Ben have such a great time playing together! They are the cutest little friends and love to play grandpa and grandson together:)

We let the kids whack at a piñata and they absolutely loved it. They hit that thing so hard and were trying their hardest to get it to break. It took one of the bigger kids to come in and help them out!
Then we had a piñata for the adults.
We couldn't get it to break and the guys were hitting it so hard the string broke off of it but the piñata itself didn't break. So the guys played baseball with it and that did the trick!

We ate yummy Mexican food, drank mexican coke and had Mexican fried ice cream. We had a blast together and next year's fiesta is going to be bigger and better!
