20 Weeks!!
Finally I have made it half way. Only 20 weeks left and this little guy will be in our arms. We have a lot to do before that! I am starting to feel so much better, and that really makes being pregnant more fun! I love feeling him move and can't wait till Josh can feel it too.

Newport, Oregon

While we were there, we enjoyed some great seafood!! One night Josh oredered a meal called "Fishwives Stew". Let me tell what it looked like from my eyes. It looked like a fisherman's wife went out in the ocean, took a bucket, dipped it in the water, came home, put it in a pot, gave a little squeeze of tomato, plopped some bread on top, and served it. This had everything you could think of in it. Clams, mussels, scallops, lobster, oyster, etc. I think I even saw part of an old boot in there! But Josh loved it and that is all that matters! I just enjoyed some fish and chips!

Happy Father's Day
Happy Fathers Day Josh! There are so many words that describe Josh, but that would take all day, and you all don’t want to read that, or do I want to type it. So I just picked a few words that to me, describe Josh. I used the letters from the word FATHER.
FUNNY- No matter what, Josh can always make me laugh. He has funny jokes, funny voices, funny dances, and does funny things in his sleep! This guy is always making me laugh. One thing I know is that our kids too, will laugh at their daddy. This is something I have loved about him from the very beginning.
ADORABLE- Come on I mean look at him. He always has that sweet look on his face. Sometimes I just want to squish his cheeks. I know that being a grown man and being called adorable isn’t exactly the word you would want me to use, but it is more than just the way he looks, but the way he treats me. The way he ALWAYS thinks about me before himself is adorable. The way he is with little kids is adorable. How he treats his Mom and other women in his life is adorable. I might be a little bias because he is my husband, but I ADORE Josh and I know that our baby on the way and our other children to come will also ADORE him.
TEACHER- Josh is a great teacher. Whether it be in church, our home, or the golf course. He studies what he needs to teach and then gives great lessons in church. He also is patient. That is a great quality when teaching someone to do something. He always wants to learn more and loves to read anything that will teach him something. I admire this about Josh, and because of him teaching me things, I have learned a lot in the time we have been married and he has made this wife of his pretty smart! He is going to be a great teacher to our kids in many different areas. I know he will teach them the gospel, teach them to ride a bike, teach them to respect their mother, and teach them to be thankful for what they have.
HAPPY- He always has a smile on his face. No matter what he is doing, he does it with a smile. He can be very stressed out and have a lot on his mind and still find a way to be happy. I am grateful to have such a happy person so close to me. I get stressed out and worried easily and he makes me realize that some things just aren’t worth stressing over. He notices the small and simple things in life that bring us happiness, and that has brought us much happiness in our marriage. I know he will be a happy father and our kids will know what true happiness is.
ETERNAL- Now this isn’t a word that necessarily describes Josh, but a word that describes families and fathers. Josh is an honorable priesthood holder who keeps his covenants and has made a conscious effort to have Christ be the center of our home, which then leads to our family being eternal. How lucky are we to have this knowledge.
RELIABLE- I know that if Josh says he is going to do something, he means it. If josh is needed for something, you can rely on him to be there. To me this is an important quality of a husband, friend and a father. Growing up, and still to this day, I have always been able to rely on my dad. I always knew that he would be there for the important things in my life and will take care and comfort me when times get hard. This too is a quality that Josh has, and our kids will be able to rely on him for anything they need.
Josh I love you so much! Thanks for all you do. I know with out a doubt that you will be a great Father! I can’t wait for this new baby to come and to watch you be the wonderful Father I know you are going to be! Happy Father's Day!
