I absolutely love Cinco De Mayo! Even though it isn't a National Holiday, I still love to celebrate it. It is also my Grandpa and Lexi's birthday that day, so there is even more of a reason for us to get together and celebrate. We met at the park for lunch and had yummy tacos, chips and salsa and cupcakes. Later that evening we all met up for cake and ice cream to celebrate the two birthdays.
