4th of July Weekend

The 4th of July is by far my favorite holiday! And it was a good one this year!

We started the festivities by driving to Pocatello. We did some fireworks with grandma and grandpa wood. The kids had a great time.

Stella slept so good! I love that her binky was stuck to her forehead:)

Drake went and helped Grandpa put up the flag. I love this picture!

I was so excited for this holiday that we all had red, white and blue clothes on!

The cup my diet coke was in even matched!

I had a good time doing 4th of July nails.

The morning of the 4th we went to Idaho Falls to spend the day with some friends. We went to Tessa's parents house and hung out, ate yummy food and the kids swam in the pool. Tessa went all out and had it decorated so cute.

The kids had a blast!

While we were there Stella fell into the pool. Tessa's mom pulled her right out put she swallowed a lot of water. She was fine! We put her down for a nap and when she woke up she had barfed everywhere!! She was lethargic and short of breath. She was showing all of the signs of dry drowning. Tessa's mom called a friend that was a doctor and he said to take her to the ER. It was by far the most scary 30 minutes of my entire life! When we got to the hospital they rushed her right in and checked her oxygen level and it was great so that put my mind at ease. Then they did a chest x ray. It came back looking great and there was no water in her lungs. We were so happy! She threw up again at the hospital and they said she had just swallowed a lot of water and that is why she was acting that way. We were so happy everything was ok!

We met up with everyone at the fireworks. Idaho falls has the best fireworks I have ever seen. It was a blast!

This good friend of mine had packed up all of our stuff, brought jackets and treats for the kids, and had a diet coke for me. She is awesome and I love her!

We met up with the Rockwoods and the Mickelson's at the fireworks. It was so much fun and the kids had a blast.

It was a great firework show and a great day! We drove home that night and the kids were asleep before we left the parking lot!

Saturday we went with Josh's family to the cruise in. Syd and a friend drove a car in the parade.

Drake and Cooper got to ride in the car for a while.

And so did Robin and Me.

Drake rode on a couple of rides at the carnival in the mall parking lot.

The next day we got ready and packed up and drove to St. George!
