My Favorite Month Of The Year...October

I love the month of October. It is the best month in the whole year. Everything about it makes me happy. I really love that general conference is always the first weekend of October. It starts the month off right!

I posted about my flowers in May and said that I was going to try really hard to keep them alive for the summer. I showed a lot of TLC to these flowers and in the middle of October they still looked beautiful!! I have to admit I am soooo proud of myself!

I was vacuuming the car on the other side. I walked around to where Drake was and this is what I saw! Yikes!!

We met Barb and Syd over at Maddox for some lunch. It was fun to see them and eat good food.

We made witch hat cookies for family home evening one night. Drake thought it was a lot of fun and did a very good job with them. Stella just wanted to wear them on her head.

I love holding kids until they fall asleep. When you can feel them laying up against you and they get heavy and their breaths get deeper and louder!! It is very relaxing and therapeutic!

Kelsi invited us to go to Badger screen printing and print our own shirts. She drew up some designs and we went there one night. It was so much fun and really cool to see how it all works.

I printed these cute prints for Halloween this year. 

We had a very warm October. We went a few times to first dam to feed the ducks.

We went to the Smithfield library for the first time. It is a really cool old building.  The kids loved looking at books and it took Drake forever to pick which books he wanted to take home.

One Saturday morning I took Drake to breakfast.  We went in our pj's to Lee's for doughnuts.

I got bronchitis ink October and when they we trying to figure out what I had, they made me wear this mask just in case it was Ebola!

I have the best friends in the whole wide world.  While I am home sick with bronchitis, I have three different friends drop off a diet coke to me. So sweet and thoughtful!
