We went to Salt Lake a few weeks ago with some friends of ours from our ward, Landon and Tessa Taylor. They have two little boys Hunter and Will. Hunter and Drake are the same age and have a lot of fun together. Tessa and I needed/wanted to go to IKEA so we decided to make it a fun day for our whole families to enjoy.
We stopped at In & Out Burger on they way down for lunch. Hunter and Drake thought the hats were pretty cool.
After lunch we went to IKEA to look around and grab a few things that we needed. The guys stayed out with the kids. Drake and Hunter watched a movie and didn't move from this position.
After IKEA we went to Scheels to check it out. It is an awesome store. There was a lot of cool stuff and a fun place for the kids to play. The kids really enjoyed riding the escalator and seeing the animals upstairs.
Stella and I had a diet coke break while the other went to see the animals and hunting stuff.
We made a stop at Trader Joe's while we were down there and then went to eat at City Creek. It was a really fun day with friends, but also a fun day to spend as a family!
