We had such a fun Easter weekend. The festivities actually started at the beginning of the week. Andrea and Sydney came to town on Monday of that week. They came so that Andrea could help watch Emmy and Capri while Robin and Ted took Logan and Cooper on a cruise.
We had awesome weather while they were here so we were able to go to the park a couple of times. The kids had a blast and loved playing with each other and being outside.
Stella found this orange peel and sat like this sucking on it for a long time. Silly Girl!
We had a great time getting together for dinner and then the kids loved to get in the bath together. They especially liked getting in Robin and Ted's big bathtub.
We had a great day on Saturday. We all had breakfast together and then decorated Easter eggs. Drake had so much fun and thought it was so cool.
Drake decided to try something different and colored an egg with marker. He was really proud of it!
I bet you can't guess who did this egg?
Great Grandpa Baird also came down. We were so happy to see him and my kids just love him. The kids played outside pretty much all day. They loved riding in the wagon and had Grandpa Syd pull them all over the place. Drake also liked pulling the two little "grills" as Drake kept saying.
He was so exhausted from playing so hard he laid on my lap for a while and watched a show.
Saturday night we came home for baths and Drake wanted to make sure we left some carrots out for the Easter Bunny. He left him a note too.
Drake was so excited for the Easter Bunny to come that he couldn't even sleep in his bed.
Drake was so excited when he woke up to find his Easter basket. He looked all over and found Stella's in the TV cabinet. Drake finally found his in his "Hideout" (under the stairs). The Easter Bunny brought him a tractor, bubbles and some candy. Just what he wanted.
Stella got a doll, bubbles, baby treats and some hair clips.
Our kids looked darling in their Easter outfits. It was really fun to find them matching outfits and it was so fun to find Stella her first Easter dress.
Drake loves to jump and he jump over and off of everything he can!
After church we went to my parents to see them and they had an Easter egg hunt for Drake. He loved it and had so much fun. He got a ton of eggs filled with tons of candy.

After that we went to Robin and Ted's house for Easter dinner, another Easter egg hunt and the kids played outside for hours.

Stella is so cuddly and loves to snuggle and fall asleep. It is one of my most favorite things about my day!
And that cute face is another one of my favorite things about my day!! Holidays are so much fun with kids!
