Tender Moments

I love being a mom.  There are so many things I love about being a mom!  Not just a mom, but a stay at home mom.  I am so grateful that I am able to stay home with my kids.  One of my favorite things is being able to witness tender moments like the ones below all day long. 

Drake was watching a show and I asked him what he was doing and he said, "I am just watching TV with my best friends!"

Drake told me he loves it when we go to Sam's Club because they have the big carts so he can sit by his sister in the cart.

I was sitting on the couch with Drake and all of the sudden out of nowhere he put his shirt over my head and giggled so hard.

She can fall asleep anywhere and loves to cuddle.

I love the way she sits! She sits like this all of the time. 

She smiles like this all of the time.  She is so happy all of the time.  She loves to play with Drake and gets so happy when she sees him in the morning.  It really is so sweet.

Drake got a new hat and has been wearing it everywhere.

Stella loves to play with magazines and plays with them all of the time. This girl can find a magazine almost anywhere.

Drake and Stella love going for walks. As we walk Drake talks the entire time :)  He asks a lot of questions and tells me to stop so he can look at things. It is so stinkin cute!

When we are grocery shopping he loves pushing his own cart.  He really wanted to push Stella in it and she loved every second of it.

This last weekend we had General Conference.  I love General Conference weekend.  There is something so refreshing about listening to the Prophet and the Apostles.  Of course it was a great conference with great talks and messages.  I enjoyed it so much on Saturday that I had no clue what my kids were up to and when I looked in the room this is what I found.  At least they were happy and playing together!

Sunday we watched conference and these two laid like this for like 10 minutes.  It was so sweet!

Drake was leading in his words "The Cutter-Nacle Choir" with my Harry Potter wand.

We went to Dan and Holly's house for dinner after conference and Stella was wearing Drake's hat.

This kid loves it when Mommy lets him have treats for breakfast.

We went to Holly's for Drake to get his haircut and the kids kept doing this. I can't stop laughing looking at these pictures. They are funny kids!
