Drake was assigned to give the opening prayer in primary's opening exercises. When we told him about it he was really excited and practiced the whole week. While we were in the car driving he started to pray, blessing Curious George and his friend Hundley the dog. He did this all week. Sunday rolled around and Drake was really nervous and wasn't so sure about saying the prayer.
Josh was so good with him and sat with him and talked to him about the importance of prayer and how everyone has to say prayers in church.
Drake stood up there but didn't want to say it, so Josh ended up giving the prayer while Drake stood by him. After the prayer was over Drake looked at me with this huge grin on his face!! He was pretty proud of himself :)
